Man accused of trying to set unit block on fire

A Brisbane man has been charged with attempted murder following a fire in an inner city unit block early on Sunday morning.
It is alleged the 36-year-old set a unit block in Yeronga on fire.
He will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday facing three counts of attempted murder (domestic violence), one count of arson (domestic violence) and three counts of wilful damage
Emergency crews arrived at the scene at about 2.40am on Sunday morning following reports a unit was on fire, according to Queensland Police.
