Visa and Mastercard stop Pornhub payments citing ‘unlawful content’ amid allegations of child abuse and rape videos
Mastercard and Visa have said they will end the use of their cards on Pornhub — one of the world’s most-visited adult sites — after Mastercard said their investigation had confirmed the presence of “unlawful content”.

- The Internet Watch Foundation found 118 cases of “child sexual abuse imagery” on Pornhub from 2017-2019
- Pornhub said it was expanding content moderation measures and would release a transparency report next year
