Total solar eclipse will darken the sun Dec. 14: How to watch from anywhere – CNET
If you’re not one of the lucky few on the eclipse path, you can still enjoy the solar show online thanks to a NASA livestream.
The European Space Agency shared this multiexposure view of a 2019 solar eclipse totality as seen by its CESAR team at the La Silla Observatory in Chile.

The only total solar eclipse of 2020 is coming up soon, on Monday, Dec. 14. The remarkable celestial event will happen when the moon blocks the sun, blotting out the fiery disk and creating a temporary darkness along its path of totality.
