Family’s fight after 6-year-old’s heartbreaking brain cancer diagnosis
Madeline Suys parents have been dealt the worst news any parent would want to hear. Their six-year-old daughter, who graduated from kindergarten this week, has a brain stem tumour and has been given less than two years to live.
“All she knows is that she is sick and having really bad headaches and she’s getting help from the doctors to try and fix this problem,” Madeline’s father Alan Suy told news.com.au.
“We don’t have the guts to tell her any more than that because she’s only six.”
