Two children test positive to coronavirus in NT’s Howard Springs quarantine facility after repatriation flight

Two new coronavirus cases have been recorded in the Northern Territory’s Howard Springs quarantine facility related to travellers returning on Commonwealth repatriation flights.

An eight-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy who arrived in Darwin on a flight from New Delhi on November 24 tested positive and remain in quarantine at Howard Springs.

More than 1,300 international travellers have undertaken mandatory quarantine at the Howard Springs facility since repatriation flights began…
