A temporary control zone at a Cheshire farm to stop the spread of bird flu has been revoked.
The 3km surveillance zone was declared in early November after a bird flu outbreak was confirmed at a farm on Dunham on the Hill, near Helsby.
It meant that 13,000 chickens had to be culled at the premises due to Avian influenza – the strain known as H5N8.
