A man who was forced into isolation because of the weekend’s quarantine bungle has come out swinging after NSW Police admitted it was their mistake.
Some 174 people have been forced to isolate after two Germans skipped quarantine in Sydney and boarded a plane to Melbourne on Saturday.
One of them is Howard Levy who was on his was on a flight to Melbourne with the Germans to see his newborn cousin.
