Directed radio frequencies likely cause of ‘Havana syndrome’ in diplomats, report finds
“Directed” radio frequency is the most plausible explanation for a mysterious illness experienced by diplomats in foreign US embassies, a government report has said.

- Unexplained symptoms including nausea, bloody noses and mild brain injury involving a dozen US officials have been known as the “Havana syndrome”
- The US government report marks the first time Washington has officially offered an explanation to the illness
- Psychological and social factors are also listed as possible causes
