Ali France reveals ‘cruel’ treatment at Jamaica Blue cafe in Indooroopilly

Former journalist and Labor hopeful Ali France has revealed a disturbing story about the cruel way she was treated in a Queensland cafe last month.
Ms France, whose left leg was amputated above the knee in 2011 after she was hit by an out-of-control car in a shopping centre carpark, said she questioned whether to tell the story but decided International Day of People with Disabilities was the right time.
