The Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in New York was closed earlier this week, and a new viral video on TikTok shows exactly why.An eerie clip posted on TikTok on Tuesday shows the span’s empty upper level heaving up and down, and making a sound like a loud groan as wild winds blasted the Big Apple.
