New analysis has revealed the most affordable capital city in Australia and the areas where rental affordability is improving thanks to the coronavirus pandemic.The pandemic has disrupted the rental market across Australia with prices falling in many cities but the Rental Affordability Index (RAI) released today, found rent is still unaffordable for low income earners in every capital city.
