Virat Kohli’s India fined 20 per cent of match fee for slow over rate

The Indian cricket teams players have been fined 20 per cent of their match fee for a slow over rate during Fridays ODI at the SCG.Although teams are allocated three-and-a-half hours to complete 50 overs in the field, Virat Kohli’s side required more than four hours.
The ICC confirmed Kohli had pleaded guilty to the offence and accepted the sanction, which was imposed by match referee David Boon.
