US President Donald Trump pardoned Corn the Thanksgiving turkey in a ceremony outside the White House on Tuesday, as First Lady Melania Trump looked on.
Corn, and its friend Cob, were taken to the US capital from their home in Iowa by the National Turkey Federation, but after an online vote Corn was given the honour of receiving a presidential pardon.
