Greeters in outdated shirts say council left them in the dark

Cr Adams on Tuesday said it would be a “seamless handover” from BEDA to the council, with new-look blue-and-gold uniforms for Greeters instead of the original bright red-and-white shirts.
She said all volunteers had been notified on Tuesday through email or mail that the program would return from mid-December.

“Obviously it will run a little differently with COVID plans but other than that, you will see the same familiar faces, I’m sure the same fantastic tours that were on tour 12 months ago before everything had to slow down,” Cr Adams said.
