David Crisafulli, David Janetzki new leaders
David Crisafulli and David Janetzki will lead the Queensland Liberal National Party through the next four years of opposition, a day after it was confirmed the party had lost two additional seats to the Palaszczuk government.
For the first time, the Queensland Opposition will have to bide their time for four years after the introduction of longer fixed term.
Both Mr Crisafulli and Mr Janetzki were voted into the top jobs at a party room meeting on Thursday, 10 days after Deb Frecklington stepped down from the job in the wake of a brutal election loss.
It comes after the ECQ declared all results from the October 31 election, including the razor thin results in Nicklin and Bundaberg.
