Icare’s tender process for $140 million IT contract slammed

NSWs embattled workers compensation scheme icare awarded a $140 million contract after a rushed one-week tender process, new emails reveal. The state parliament’s upper house obtained emails showing other bidders withdrew from the tender amid concerns the process wasn’t up to standard.
