Kelly Osbourne was feeling herself at her birthday party.The TV personality rang in 36 at a HollyGold Productions-sponsored birthday party at Yamashiro Hollywood restaurant earlier this week and showed off her slim frame in a black cutout dress. She accessorised her form-fitting look with a black Barrière mask that read “VOTE” in multiple colours.
