New coronavirus hotspots have emerged in and around Birmingham in the latest data from Public Health England.
For Birmingham local authority area as a whole, the most recent figures – released on Monday – showed an R rate of 260.5 per 100,000 people in the seven days to October 19, up from 213.1 for the previous seven-day period.
