Jessica Rowe flashes insanely ripped abs in TV appearance
Just in case you were out of gym inspo, enter Jessica Rowe. The 50-year-old journalist made a guest appearance on Studio 10 this morning in a segment for Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Rowe, who quit Studio 10 in 2018 to spend more time with her family, was promoting fundraiser Burpees4Boobs.
The charity event raises money for the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation and sees participants commit to doing a certain number of burpees for the month.
