Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider has slammed Clive Palmers awful version of Were Not Gonna Take It, saying being associated with the mining magnate was not good for my heavy metal image.It came as Mr Palmer’s lawyers zeroed in on the influence of a beloved Christmas carol on the 1980s classic as the Palmer United Australia Party leader defends a lawsuit from Universal Music for allegedly ripping off Snider’s tune for his political ads.
