Temperatures to drop across southeast Queensland
A late seasonal frost is forecast for regional areas in southeast Queensland and temperatures are expected to drop over the weekend, just days after a severe fire warning was issued for parts of the southwest.
The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast temperatures to drop by almost eight degrees in the coming days as a cold front makes its way across the state’s southern interior and southeast regions.
A late season frost has also been forecast for the Granite Belt and Southern Downs regions.
