Infamous bikie slapped with virus charges
Police on the Gold Coast have swooped on infamous bikie Shane Bowden and charged him over alleged COVID-19 breaches.
He will now face court on charges of giving false and misleading documents under the Public Health Act after flying into Queensland late last month. He faces fines of up to $13,345.
When he arrived in the Sunshine State from Victoria, police vowed to conduct a “complete and thorough” investigation, alleging he lied on his border declaration pass.
