Mineral sands miner Iluka Resources has revealed details of its BHP iron ore mine royalty spin-off plan, saying it will liberate two fundamentally distinct businesses.The company seeks to demerge its lucrative interest in Mining Area C in Western Australia’s Pilbara region into a separately listed entity named Deterra Royalties.
