$3 million in cash seized from Qld car
A man and woman are speaking with police after a routine traffic stop led to a shocking find.
Police pulled over a Nissan Navara 4WD on the Pacific Highway at Elanora about 4.20pm on Thursday.
The routine traffic stop turned into a search of the vehicle, where police uncovered $3 million in cash, hidden in three bags placed on the back seat.
Photos taken by police at the scene show the bags crammed with bundles of cash, some of them including wads of $100 bills.
