2000km cold front brings rain, storms to east coast
Storms that stretched more than 2000km from the Northern Territory to Victoria are set to continue to cause havoc across the nation’s east coast.
The large front pushed towards northeast New South Wales overnight, while another separate cold front is expected to bring 100km/h winds to southern Victoria on Tuesday.
The weather bureau has issued a severe weather warning for damaging winds for southern Victoria and southeast NSW.
