A new clip of Zac Efron has sparked rumours the Hollywood star has had plastic surgery.
In a video posted on Thursday by science internet sensation Bill Nye, in an Earth Day special, Efron made a cameo.
But rather than kickstarting conversations around climate change, Efrons brief appearance kickstarted concerns from fans that hed had plastic surgery.

Efron, 33, had what appeared to be a swollen face and bigger lips than usual.
