‘You’ve got too sucked in’: Brutal feedback that startled Betts
A new AFL documentary has revealed the brutal moment it was suggested to Carlton veteran Eddie Betts hed lost confidence in his craft as a result of getting sucked in to what everyone says.
The upcoming Amazon Prime documentary Making their Mark captured Betts exit meeting with members of the Blues medical staff after last season. It was Betts first year back at Carlton after a brilliant six-season stint at Adelaide, which saw him play in a Grand Final and make the All-Australian team three times.
