FREMANTLE has lost prized young defender Hayden Young for up to three months after scans revealed a serious hamstring injury that could require surgery.
The Dockers have also suffered a fresh injury to small forward Sam Switkowski, who will miss an extended period after undergoing surgery on a broken finger.
