Young Brisbane man aims to walk again after life-changing surf accident
Young Brisbane man Hayden Boyd is an all-rounder.
A passionate sportsman and talented musician, he is studying degrees in law and film and television.
But the 20-year-old’s life has been put on hold while he focuses his energy on walking again.
In February, Boyd went to the beach at Surfers Paradise with his girlfriend to teach her how to bodysurf.
But in rough conditions, his life changed on the first wave he caught.
