In his first AFL game since Round 7, Hunter on Sunday showed sickeningly impressive workrate and racked up a mountain of the footy to play a key role in the Bulldogs 57-point thrashing of Adelaide at Metricon Stadium.
The 25-year-olds game came just days after he was stunningly linked to a possible trade. Speaking on Channel 9s Footy Classified, veteran AFL reporter Caroline Wilson said all was not harmonious between Hunter and the Dogs and there was a link to the Brisbane Lions.
