Woolworths supermarket has called for calm as tensions run high over lobster shortages.
Last week, the retail giant caused a buying frenzy when it announced that it was selling 1/2 price Western Australian Rock Lobsters in the lead-up to Christmas.
Woolworths was later forced to place a purchasing restriction on the premium seafood item amid the unprecedented demand, limiting sales to four lobsters per customer per shop.
