The Sydney customer said she paid extra to have her Woolworths groceries delivered in paper bags.
A Woolworths shopper was left fuming after she says items in her online shopping order were delivered in plastic bags despite requesting paper ones.
The customer firmly requested the supermarket stop it in a fiery post to Facebook on Sunday after receiving the delivery at her Sydney home.
She expressed her confusion over why cans of cat food were packaged in separate plastic bags when she paid extra for all items to be delivered in paper bags, which Woolworths charges 20 cents for each one.
