A woman has apologised to her personal trainer after an “embarrassing” text message exchange that saw her sending intimate photos of herself to the man. Gemma Hill who works as a radio host in the UK has been working with a new personal trainer and was discussing how to track her progress when the mistake happened.
Her trainer suggested she take ‘before’ photos in her underwear in as real a style as possible by avoiding breathing in or posing so she could “be honest” about herself and her goals.
