Woman in custody after man found stabbed to death

Police were called to Marchant Street in Manoora, Cairns just before midnight where the man had died from stab wounds. A crime scene was declared a short time later.A 21-year-old woman was located a short distance from the crime scene and taken into custody. It’s believed the pair were known to each other, she is assisting police with their ongoing investigations.
