Woman found dead in Gold Coast charity bin was not homeless, police believe

A woman found dead in a charity bin on the Gold Coast was not believed to be homeless.
Police have also confirmed she drove to the location bin where she died at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre.
She was found by a member of the public who was donating clothes just after 7am on Monday.
Speculation is rife on social media about the woman’s death, with suggestions she was a homeless woman who had been sheltering the in receptacle.
