Woman dead, three injured after boat crashes into private Brisbane jetty

A woman, 21, has died, and two men and a toddler have been injured in a boating accident on the Brisbane River.
The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) said a boat crashed into a private jetty on Laurel Avenue at the Chelmer reach just after 4:30pm.
Multiple crews were called to the scene.
Police said the woman most likely suffered a head injury when she was tossed from the boat.
Paramedics attempted to save the woman but she died a short time later.
The ABC understands all involved were members of the same family.
A QAS spokesperson said the two men were taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, while the toddler was taken to the Queensland…
