The Victorian inquiry into the troubled hotel quarantine program has heard that security guards weren’t given specific advice about using personal protective equipment, and that it wasn’t clear who was in charge of the program.
The first witnesses have been giving evidence today in the independent inquiry , which was delayed earlier this month after Melbourne was placed into stage 4 lockdown.
It comes as the state records the highest number of deaths in the last 24 hours – 25 people have died….
