William Costellia-Kamm – ‘Little Pebble’ – ‘not approved’ to return to Shoalhaven

Corrective Services New South Wales says it has no plans to allow a convicted paedophile to return to live on the state’s South Coast after residents petitioned for him to be barred from the region.
