A disgraceful photo of clutter dumped outside a Vinnies in South Australia has sparked widespread outrage.
The photo, shared by SAFM Adelaide presenter Rebecca Morse on Twitter, shows clothes and garbage bags strewn on the ground outside of two Vinnies collection bins.
Among the items include a baby seat for a car, a framed picture and a number of books.
