Why St Kilda knocked back a goalkicking session between Max King and Matthew Lloyd – SEN
“That’s the decision St Kilda has made.”
Essendon great Matthew Lloyd has commented after it emerged St Kilda recently denied Max King a private goal kicking session.
After the story emerged in the Herald Sun on Monday night, Lloyd confirmed that King, who he used to coach at Haileybury, reached out to him after he kicked five behinds from six scoring shots in the Saints Round 9 loss to Geelong.
He said that St Kilda blocked Kings request for Lloyds help because they preferred to instead work on fixing his current issues in front of goal…
