As the COVID-19 pandemic drags on, a lot of attention is focussed on vaccine development.
Preliminary results out of Oxford and China look promising, while this week Russia said it would begin mass production of a vaccine, even though the World Health Organisation thinks it’s too soon.
But when or if a vaccine is approved and ready, how is it going to be handed out?
