What you need to know about proposed changes to short-stay accommodation
As Brisbane’s rental market continues to face low vacancy rates and rising prices, the council is attempting to address the issue by targeting short-stay accommodation including Airbnb and Stayz.
The council says the reforms will return almost 500 homes to the long-term rental market.
