While working for Japanese bank Mizuho, Debra Hazelton had a ‘mandate to bring cultural change to a male-dominated, conservative way of thinking’.
Ms Hazelton, who on Monday replaced David Murray at the helm of AMP, is also a non-executive director of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria, Persol Australia Holdings (a provider of operations and maintenance services) and the Australia-Japan Foundation.
