‘What was doing?’: Storm star reveals chat with Addo-Carr after he couldn’t chase down Coates – Fox Sports
Last year, Phil Gould declared Josh Addo-Carr the “fastest man on the planet” but on Friday night Xavier Coates got one-up on the Storm flyer.
Coates raced away after quick hands from halfback Tom Dearden and was able to out-run Addo-Carr for Brisbanes only try of the game in a 40-6 defeat.
Now teammate Ryan Papenhuyzen has revealed the conversation he had with Addo-Carr, when he told him exactly why he could not chase down the Broncos winger.
