The Gold Coast may have just have sweltered through a week-long heatwave, but the weather is about to do a total 180 – with a deluge on the way.
We’re being warned we could be hit by potential flash flooding in the coming days, with as much as 155mm of rain set to fall across the city.
The downpour is forecast to begin on Saturday, with showers and up to 30mm of rain predicted.
Sunday is tipped to be the wettest day we’ve had in a while, with the Gold Coast likely to cop up to 70mm of rain throughout…
