Westpac alleges 100 fraudulent transactions by Forum, Bill Papas – The Australian Financial Review
Eric Constantinidis is the sole shareholder of Our Kloud, the business which has bought Forum Group.
It comes as Westpac detailed than 100 allegedly fraudulent transactions over longer than two years shifted hundreds of millions of dollars from Australias second largest bank into entities and assets owned by the Forum Groups Mr Papas and Vincenzo Tesoriero.
