West Coast coach Adam Simpson has had his first face-to-face meeting with Willie Rioli since his suspension was handed down earlier this year.
Rioli flew back to Perth this week to prepare for his return to the Eagles on June 20. Simpson had spoken to him in the Tiwi Islands throughout both his provisional suspension and after his hearing in March, but hadnt been in the same room with him during that time.
