West Coast Eagles CEO Trevor Nisbett says banned forward Willie Rioli was failed by the AFL’s education system on anti-doping laws after he was found to have substituted urine samples on two separate occasions.
Rioli will be able to make a return to the football field during the 2021 season after he was handed a backdated two-year ban by the AFL.
