‘We didn’t stop’: Desperate bid to save drowned men
On Saturday afternoon, Brock and his wife Allanah had packed up their campsite and were headed back to their Palmview home when a woman flagged them down.Initially, Mr Harris thought they were bogged in the sand, but sadly it was something much worse.“She was screaming, ‘my husband is drowning. He is drowning’,” Mr Harris said.The Palmview coffee shop owner raced down to the water where he saw four distressed people struggling in the ocean.
