We are so proud to announce that three Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics are recipients of the prestigious Ambulance Service Medal (ASM) in the Australia Day 2021 Honours List.

Gary Cotterill has been a paramedic for 42 years commencing his career in 1979 at the Queensland Ambulance Transport Brigade (QATB) in Brisbane. Upon being made aware of his nomination and subsequent ASM award, Gary said it made him extremely proud to be a QAS paramedic.
